Thank you so much for supporting our shop! We truly appreciate your interest in our digital artwork — each piece is crafted with care and attention, and we want you to feel confident and informed when you make a purchase.
Because we only sell digital products (such as digital pictures and digital oil paintings), our exchange and return policies are a bit different from those for physical goods. Please take a moment to read through the following before placing your order.
🚫 Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Since our products are delivered instantly and digitally, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once a file has been sent. This is standard practice with digital content, as it cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
We kindly ask that you double-check all product details — such as the format, size, and preview images — before making your purchase.
🔄 Exchanges (When Applicable)
That said, we absolutely want you to receive exactly what you ordered.
If you believe you’ve received the wrong file (for example, a different artwork than what you selected), please reach out to us within 3 days of your purchase. Just email us at [your email address] with:
1) Your order number
2) A brief description of the issue
We’ll be happy to verify the mistake and quickly send you the correct file at no extra charge.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for:
1) Accidental purchases
2) Change of mind
3) Wrong product selection (such as size or format)
4) Not understanding that the product is digital (not physical)
